We offer refunds within 5 days of purchase only under specific conditions. Because our products are digital assets, once access is granted, the sale is generally final.

1) What You’re Buying

You are purchasing a digital Framer asset (component, section, or template) licensed for use within the Framer platform. This purchase does not include custom development, installation, or implementation services.

2) Minimum Requirements

To use our products, you must have:

• A valid Framer account with access to the features required by the specific component (e.g., CMS access for CMS-based assets).

• A modern, updated web browser (Chrome, Edge, or Safari).

• Proper setup following the provided documentation or video tutorials. Failure to meet these requirements does not qualify for a refund.

3) Eligible Refunds

Refunds will be considered if:

• Technical Defect: There is a reproducible bug that prevents the component from working as shown in the official demo. We will provide priority support to fix it within 3 business days; if we cannot fix it or provide a workaround, a refund will be issued.

• Billing Errors: Duplicate charges or unauthorized transactions.

• Access Issues: Failure to access the file due to an error on our side.

4) Non-Eligible Cases

• Change of mind or "it’s not what I imagined."

• Incompatibility due to lack of Framer knowledge or using an unsupported Framer plan.

• Issues caused by custom code modifications or third-party script integrations.

• Visual differences caused by your specific content (e.g., low-res images, missing fonts).

5) How to Request a Refund

Email alex.enguilo@gmail.com with:

• Subject: Refund Request – [Component Name] – [Order ID].

• Evidence: A link to your Framer project or a video (Loom) showing the technical issue. We will attempt to resolve the issue first. If unresolved after 3 business days, the refund will be approved.

6) License Revocation

Upon refund, your license is immediately revoked. You must delete the component from your projects and cease its use in any published site.
